Returns, Exchange, and Refund Policy for Jewellery

Thank you for shopping with me! I want you to be completely satisfied with your jewellery purchase. Please review my returns, exchange, and refund policy below:

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, I can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

A refund will not be given if any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  1. Returns Eligibility: 1.1. You may return any unworn, undamaged jewellery item purchased from my studio within 30 days from the date of delivery. 1.2. The item must be in its original condition, including all original packaging and tags. 1.3. Personalized or custom-made jewellery items are not eligible for return unless they are faulty or damaged.
  2. Returns Process: 2.1. To initiate a return, please contact me via email within the specified 30-day period, providing your order details and the reason for the return. 2.2. I will then guide you through the return process, providing you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to proceed. 2.3. The item must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit and sent back to me along with the RAN.
  3. Exchange Policy: 3.1. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, style, or colour, please contact my studio within 30 days of receiving the product. 3.2. The item must be in its original condition, with all original packaging and tags. 3.3. Exchange requests are subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, a refund or alternative arrangement will be offered.
  4. Refunds: 4.1. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. 4.2. Once I receive the returned item and verify its condition, I will process the refund within 7 business days. 4.3. The refund amount will exclude any shipping charges, unless the return is due to a faulty or damaged item.
  5. Non-Returnable Items: 5.1. For hygiene reasons, I cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival. 5.2. Any item that shows signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be eligible for return or exchange.
  6. Return Shipping: 6.1. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the return is due to a faulty or damaged item. 6.2. I recommend using a trackable shipping service and obtaining insurance for the return shipment, as I cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.
  7. Faulty or Damaged Items: 7.1. In the rare event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact me via email, providing detailed information and supporting photographs. 7.2. I will assess the issue and provide instructions for returning the item. Upon receipt, I will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including any applicable shipping charges.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an email at [email protected]. and send your item to: Highfield House Farm, Bingley Road, Lees Moor, Near Keighley, West Yorkshire, BD21 5QE.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Returns Details

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Perennial Natura, Highfield House Farm, Bingley Road, Lees Moor, Near Keighley, West Yorkshire, BD21 5QE.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
